How Dropping Alcohol Helped my Perimenopausal Symptoms

Almost immediately I felt awake & less groggy in the morning. The “meh” feeling lifted, depression was not as intense, tetchiness lifts & my patience levels came back like an old friend, I felt so damn good I do not plan on returning to that nightly habit.
